Question about triggered abilities when controlled with Act of Treason

Hello,
If I were to take control of an opponent's Grave Titan with Act of Treason , and then attack with it. Would I then receive the two 2/2 Zombie Token's?

Unless it specifically says otherwise, the text on a card is talking to its current controller (or owner, if it's in a zone where things don't have controllers). One of the many things that follow from this is that any activated/triggered abilities from sources you control are also under your control. You get the Zombies from the attack trigger in your example.

You would get the trigger for "Whenever ~ attacks" giving you two zombies, but you wouldn't get the "Whenever ~ enters the battlefield" trigger.
So yes since you are the one who controlled Grave Titan when it attacked, you are the controller of the source putting tokens onto the battlefield, so you get the tokens.
