Prophet of Kruphix casting Kruphix, God of Horizons without devotion

Would Prophet of Kruphix second ability allow you to cast Kruphix, God of Horizons with Flash even if the resulting permanent would not be a creature due to lack of devotion? I assume its still a creature card...

Gods are always creature cards aside from when they're on the battlefield and your devotion is not high enough. When it's in your hand it is a creature, so casting it w/ flash via Prophet of Kruphix is fine.
