So lets say i have a Price of Glory in play and on my opponents turn i play a boros charm to make my permanents indestructible. Would I destroy my land or not?

Not if you play it right.

Price of Glory has a triggered ability that triggers on the land being tapped for Mana. If you tap the land and then cast Boros Charm with the ability on the stack, your lands will be indestructible when the ability resolves and tries to destroy it.

To elaborate:

If you tap the lands during the casting process, then Price of Glory 's ability will trigger and be put onto the stack after the casting process is complete. This will result in Price of Glory 's ability resolving first, destroying your lands while Boros Charm is still on the stack.

If you tap the lands for mana outside of the casting process, Price of Glory 's ability will trigger and be put onto the stack. You can then respond to the ability by casting Boros Charm with the floating mana in your mana pool. Your lands will gain indestructible before Price of Glory 's ability resolves.
