Possibility Storm

If i have Possibility Storm on the field, and i play a card that has a "when you cast this effect" like Demigod of Revenge.

Would its effect still go off, giving me the other ones in my graveyard?

Yes, whenever an ability is on the stack, it exists independently of its source, meaning that even if its source dies, is countered, exiled, or otherwise changed zones, that ability will still resolve.

You will get your other Demigods onto the battlefield, but the one you cast will go into the Storm.
