Panharmonicon and Vanquisher's Banner

How does Panharmonicon and Vanquisher's Banner interact?

Would I get to choose a second creature type if I played a Vanquisher's Banner with a Panharmonicon in play?

They don't interact. A triggered ability always starts with one of the words "when", "whenever", or "at". The first ability of the Banner is a type of static ability (a replacement effect that modifies how it enters the battlefield), not a triggered ability. Only the last ability on Vanquisher's Banner is a triggered ability. Because it doesn't get triggered by an artifact or creature entering the battlefield, Panharmonicon doesn't do anything special with it.
