If you're supposed to do something, but an effect says you can't do the thing, you don't do the thing. Negation is only allowed to kill you during your next upkeep after you play it, and if you've already played an Angel's GraceMTG Card: Angel's Grace before that trigger, you don't die during that particular upkeep, which means you don't die at all because that upkeep is the only time you're allowed to.

As long as you activate it in response to the trigger for you losing the game you're golden. Any other time and it might get weird.

Split second stops players from doing stuff, but I'm not sure how it works with delayed triggers. You're better off not finding out in this case. Nothing worse than MTG auto-responding to your spell with a literal "you lose the game" effect.

Players don't receive priority during the untap step. Delayed triggers from the Pacts trigger at the beginning of the upkeep step. There is literally no chance to play Angel's Grace before the ability goes on the stack, only afterwards.

Split second does not interact at all with Delayed Triggers, in fact. When an ability is triggered, or the delay condition is met, the trigger is put onto the stack before either player receives priority. Therefore, it's impossible to put a split second spell onto the stack 'underneath' a delayed trigger, or 'right before' a delayed trigger. Either the delayed trigger is not triggering yet and waiting for a later time, or it's on the stack. If you were to cast Angel's Grace at the last possible moment before a delayed trigger, it would be at some time before the delayed trigger is supposed to trigger, and angel's grace would have resolved before the game reaches a state that triggers the delayed trigger. I hope that clears up the interaction.
