No. Overload and "without paying its mana cost" are both alternate costs. When you cast a spell, you can pay its mana cost or an alternate cost. Because Unexpected Results specifies that you can only cast the card if you cast it "without paying its mana cost," you are forced to use a specific alternate cost and cannot pay a different alternate cost.
Note that you can still pay additional costs like kicker, though.
