Otherworldly Journey

So say i use Otherworldly Journey on my turn does next mean the end step after this turner this turn also what happens if i use it on my opponents turn?
It means the end of the current turn on which it is played. If you play it on your turn, the creature will return at your end step. If you play it during your opponent's turn, it will come back during their end step.

You can also play it on your end step, which would return it during your opponent's end step and vice versa.

"Next end step" literally means "the very next end step the game encounters."
If you cast Otherworldly Journey on your turn, the next end step is your end step. If you cast Otherworldly Journey during your own end step, the next end step is your opponent's end step.
If you cast Otherworldly Journey on your opponent's turn, the next end step is his or her end step. If you cast Otherworldly Journey during your opponent's end step, the next end step is your end step.
