Oracle en-Vec & Planar Guide
Asked by Andromedus 7 years ago
Assume I use Oracle en-Vec's ability targeting my opponent, and they declare some attackers for their next turn. At the beginning of my opponent's turn, I then use Planar Guide to exile all creatures. At the end of the turn will those creatures that he declared but did not attack with be destroyed?

Yeah, there's a distinction in the game between "creature" and "creature card". When you exile a creature and then return that card to the battlefield, it is a brand new creature. Same card, different creature.

No, because the game will see them as being "new" creatures. The game won't view the creatures that enter the battlefield as the same creatures that were declared using the oracle's ability. You can also see in the oracles text where it says each of those creatures, so it also won't hit creatures your opponent plays on their turn.
