Niv-Mizzet reborn and split cards

If i cast Niv-Mizzet Reborn and reveal a white green card, Supply / Demand , Armed / Dangerous , and 7 lands, can i take demand as azorius, the white green card as selesnya, and Armed / Dangerous as gruul?

You won't be able to take Supply / Demand . The only time you focus on one specific half of a split card is when that half is being cast as a spell. Otherwise you look at the whole card. Supply / Demand as a card is and can't be chosen for Niv-Mizzet Reborn 's effect.
