New Capenna sac lands and land removal

If in response to the ETB of one of the new sac land (like Brokers Hideout) the land is removed, will i still fetch a land? i.e. if Cleansing Wildfire is cast in response of Brokers Hideouts ETB will i fetch 2 lands?
Also, given a card like Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, the new sac-lands can be tapped for mana befor being sacced right?

You won't get the land.
Brokers Hideout has a reflexive triggered ability. It has an ETB ability that has you sacrifice it, then it triggers when you sacrifice it to find one of the mentioned lands. If it's removed in response to its ability triggering, its ability will still resolve but won't be able to sacrifice itself, so its reflexive trigger won't trigger.
If you have something like Urborg or Chromatic Lantern out, then yeah you can tap the land for mana before its ability resolves to sacrifice itself.

Cleansing Wildfire is given flash speed.
Smashing Success is another card that can be used instead i belive.
