Essentially you have "infinite minus 7" hand size.
Reliquary Tower
replaces your hand size of 7 with what would basically read "you have infinite hand size" and from the Wizard web site in a FAQ regarding modifying hand size: Just add or subtract the numbers in the effects to determine your max hand size, but if one of the effects says you have no maximum size, don't bother-- arbitrarily large minus whatever means you still have no max hand size.
Reliquary Tower sets your maximum hand size to infinity. Jin-Gitaxias then makes it infinity minus 7 which is still infinity.
