Mutate mechanic and Karador

Can I cast Nethroi, Apex of Death using its mutate ability from my graveyard with Karador, Ghost Chieftain in play?

Yep. Mutate is an alternate casting method, but it still casts the creature card, which can be done from the graveyard via Karador.
