Multiple Soul Scar Mages

If I have multiple Soul-Scar Mage on the board and cast a Blazing Volley will I get to put multiple -1 -1 counters on each opponents creatures in play?

So if I have 3 Soul-Scar Mage in play and cast the Blazing Volley and my opponents have 4 creatures of 3 toughness, will they all die from the one casting of Blazing Volley ?

If this has been asked sorry about the redundant question.

Multiple Soul-Scar Mages are redundant because their replacement effects do not stack.
