Yup. One time deal.
with Mimic Vat , you are putting a copy of an imprinted card into play. The card stays imprinted, so more copies can be made.
With Mosswort Bridge , you are playing the exiled card, which involves putting the card on the stack, and then onto the battlefield, if appropriate.
Because the card moved from exile to the stack, there is no longer a card in exile that was removed with Mosswort Bridge .

It's a one time deal.
You place the exiled card on the stack and cast it without paying for it's mana cost. It then resolves as normal, and goes to the appropriate zone upon resolution (graveyard if it was an instant or sorcery, battlefield if it was a creature or enchantment, etc.).
