If a have placed Monastery Flock on the battlefield as morph and an opponent tries to destroy it by dealing it 2 damage f.e.Shock can i pay its morph cost to turn it face up and save it?

Yes. Any time you have priority, you may turn a face-down card face up for its morph cost. This is a special action, so it doesn't use the stack, and players can't respond to it.

Shock will still be targeting the object because it's the same object (it just gained and lost certain characteristics), but it won't kill the creature.

Yes, you can flip up a morph in response to a spell once you receive priority. Note that it's still the same permanent, so the spell won't fizzle. So you'd end up with a Monastery Flock with 2 damage marked on it.

702.36d If you have priority, you may turn a face-down permanent you control face up. This is a special action; it doesnt use the stack (see rule 115). To do this, show all players what the permanents morph cost would be if it were face up, pay that cost, then turn the permanent face up. (If the permanent wouldnt have a morph cost if it were face up, it cant be turned face up this way.) The morph effect on it ends, and it regains its normal characteristics. Any abilities relating to the permanent entering the battlefield dont trigger when its turned face up and dont have any effect, because the permanent has already entered the battlefield.

ok. thanks. If i try to turn a morph creature face up it automaticly turns face up or an opponent can deal it 2 damage and destroy it before it turns?

As we said, it's a special action that does not use the stack and cannot be responded to.

The moment you decide to use Morph and pay the cost, it turns face up. No one can interrupt this. Players can respond to any "turned face up" triggers (ex: Dragon's Eye Savants), but the creature is already face up at this point.
