Mirage Mirror copying Grafted Wargear at end of turn

I have a creature on the battlefield and a Grafted Wargear. I copy Grafted Wargear with Mirage Mirror, then equip the Mirage Mirror to the creature.

At the end phase, when Mirage Mirror stop being an equipment and detaches from the creature, do I have to sacrifice the creature?

Mirage Mirror's copy effect will end in the cleanup step. When it does, you'll have a non-equipment artifact that's attached to a creature, and state-based actions will unattach it. At this time, Mirage Mirror obviously isn't a copy of Grafted Wargear anymore, and doesn't have its ability, therefore you won't need to sacrifice a creature.
