If Master Biomancer is on the battlefield and either Naban, Dean of Iteration or Harmonic Prodigy is also would Biomancer trigger twice on a creature entering?

Nope, sorry. Master Biomancer has a replacement effect for how other creatures enter the battlefield, it doesn't have a triggered ability. It doesn't have any interaction with the other two listed cards.

A triggered ability can be identified by including the words "when", "whenever", or "at [the beginning of ___]" as the condition for the ability triggering.
