Madcap Skills against Brave the Sands

If I attack an opponent who has a single creature out but also has Brave the Sands out, could that creature block if I attacked with only one creature enchanted with Madcap Skills?

No.

For a creature enchanted with Madcap Skills to be blocked, there have to be at least two blocking creatures assigned to it. Brave the Sands allows 1 creature to block 2 creatures, but Madcap Skills still requires 2 creatures to block the enchanted creature.

Keep in mind that 2 creatures under the influence of Brave the Sands can block 2 creatures enchanted with Madcap Skills, though, if they each block both creatures :)
