Living lore + Narset ?

So yesterday I got Narset Transcendent and Living Lore and I was wondering of re-making my Esper commander with those 2 and I thought of getting cards like Traumatize and such with high mana cost that I can use for LL, but my question is simple, if I cast the exile card with Living Lore can I use the rebound ability with Narset Transcendent to exile it and re-cast it?

No. Narset's ability specifically says that it has to be cast from your hand to gain rebound, as rebound only works if you cast it from your hand.
