Can you pump Liliana's Shade Multiple times?

For example: if you have 10 Swamp 's, can you pump her 10 time making her a 11/11?

Yes. You may activate an ability as many times as you can pay for it.

Remember that each activation still goes on the stack individually, and each will resolve as an individual event.

Abilities generally can be activated as many times as you can pay the cost. When this is not the case, the ability will read that way, as on Fire Drake . Something like Llanowar Elves only seems to be a single activation because it requires tapping it, which is a cost that you can only pay once, barring a way to untap it again.
