Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip

If I have a liliana, Heretical Healer out, then preceded to play another one, would the end result be me having the Planeswalker form?

Yes. A creature being put in the graveyard because of the legendary rule counts as "dying" and will trigger liliana, Heretical Healer.
