kicker with Conjurer's Closet

if i have a kicker card like Stormscape Battlemage and have a Conjurer's Closet , am i able to pay the kicker cost to trigger abilitys?

No. You pay kicker costs as you cast the spell. Conjurer's Closet exiles the creature then returns it to the battlefield directly; it is not cast. If you flicker a Stormscape Battlemage this way, it will come back as a 2/2 with no fancy abilities, even if you had originally paid one or both of its kicker costs.
