keyword abilities in "creature fights"

So If I use Prey Upon to make my creature fight another, what combat abilities (if any) apply? specifically referring to abilities like first strike, deathtouch, trample, and lifelink. also, if my creature is going to be fought, can I respond and blink them out with a Restoration Angel to avoid them being destroyed?

The abilities that only apply to combat damage assignment will not apply (first strike, double strike, trample, etc.), and the abilities that apply to any damage dealt by the creature (deathtouch, lifelink, wither, infect, etc.) will apply.

Blinking a creature with Restoration Angel will remove it from the fight completely, and a fight only happens if both things are still creatures and still on the battlefield. In that situation, a Prey Upon that was going to make the blinked creature fight won't do anything when it resolves (because the blinked creature is a different object now).
