kalistra healer and cliffhaven vampire interaction

so if i have a healer in play and go to summon cliffhaven vamp do i deal 2 since healers ability is an enter the battlefield effect and thus cliffhaven's ability would also be live upon enetering the battlefield or do i miss timing and on deal 1 to my opponent

Yes, this works. Kalastria Healer triggers from Cliffhaven Vampire entering the battlefield. When you gain the life from the trigger resolving, the ability on Cliffhaven Vampire will then trigger.
