Jaya's Immolating Inferno x damage multiple times???

If I cast a Jaya's Immolating Inferno for x=7 do I get to 7 damage to three different targets, or is it a total of 7 damage split amongst up to three different targets?

It's 7 damage to each of up to three different targets, for a total of up to 21 damage. If you had to divide it up between more than one target, it would be written like Rolling Thunder to make that clear.

That's excellent thank you! For once I was on the right lines, my wife thought it was divided and I assumed it was the use of the word each. Really appreciate the response as ever!!
