Izoni, Thousand-Eyed, sac before trigger for extra insect?

When Izoni, Thousand-Eyed enters and the ETB ability is on the stack, can I sac it to Yahenni or something to put it into the graveyard, so that it’s counted as another creature to make an extra insect?

Yes, that works. Since Izoni's ability isn't specifically written to count the creatures in your graveyard at the time it triggers, that means it counts them as it resolves.
