Is land considered a permanent

Is land card considered a permanent ? So if i control mountain or plains does it trigger Battle Brawler ability ?Thank you

To be clear: an object's color is defined by its mana cost, color indicator (ex: the Red/Green dot in the type line of Ravager of the Fells Flip), or effects that specifically make it a certain color. In and of itself, a Land doesn't have any of these things. That's why a Land is colorless.

Yes, land is a permanent, but it isn't colored. A mountain isn't red nor a plains white, so Battle Brawler's ability (which is static, not triggered btw) does nothing due to them.
