Is "Enchant Creature" the same as an "Aura"?

As the title says, is "Enchant Creature" the same as "Aura"? The Aura type is relative new, does it mean that all old "Enchant Creature" cards like Ancestral Mask are now considered an Aura?
What about "Enchant Land"? Are those also an Aura?

To be more precise I suppose, an "Aura" is an enchantment that attaches itself to another permanent. So yes, an enchant land is an aura, Ex: Tin Street Market .

Yes, an Aura is an enchantment subtype for enchantments that enchant something else, as opposed to stand-alone enchantments like Oblivion Ring . You can see that Ancestral Mask is now an Enchantment -- Aura on it's gatherer page.

Yes, this is an errata to older cards. If you were to look up Ancestral Mask in Gatherer, it would say "Enchantment - Aura".
