Is Bringer of the Blue Dawn legal in mono blue EDH?

I've got a Braids, Conjurer Adept deck and I was wondering if Bringer of the Blue Dawn is considered blue or five color. Thanks!

Since it has the color symbols in its rules text, it is considered 5-color. If, however, it had said "You may pay one of each color..." then it would be mono-blue. It is the appearance of the mana symbols specifically that dictate color identity. Worth distinguishing is that, from what I remember, symbols in reminder text do not count toward color identity. For example, you can play Extort cards in mono-white, mono-black, and other combinations, even though the black-white hybrid symbol is printed in the card.
