Interactions of multiple Notion Thiefs and one Psychic Possesion

If I use 3 Notion Thief s and 3 Donate s and have only 1 Psychic Possession enchanting one opponent, can I force everyone of my opponents to draw their entire deck? Or, as the card ruling below says it pretty much cancels itself, does it only effect one opponent?
Ruling for Notion Thief :"If you and an opponent each control a Notion Thief, the replacement effects generated by their abilities will essentially cancel each other out. If the opponent would draw a card other than the first of his or her draw step, that draw will be skipped and you'll draw a card. The opponent's Notion Thief will then cause that draw to be skipped and the opponent will draw a card instead. Neither replacement effect can apply to this event again, so your opponent draws a card."
I'm assuming this is multiplayer. This is going to get very complex.
Ok, so to start off, let's assume you would draw a card off of Psychic Possession. Each of your opponent's has a replacement effect that would apply to this draw, so you (as the affected player) get to pick which one of them applies. Let's say that you choose opponent A to draw the card. Now, opponents B and C both still have replacement effects that can apply to this event, but since A is the affected player, he now gets to choose which one applies first. Let's say he chooses B. Now C still has a replacement effect, and since his is the only one left, there are no choices made by either B and C. So the end result (assuming you choose A and A chooses B) is that C will draw a card.
If you are able to convince A to always choose B, and have C enchanted with Psychic Possession, you can draw out C. However, you will need a Psychic Possession for each opponent to kill all of them.
In single player, it works as described above.

I believe that you would only need one Notion Thief and one Donate for a single opponent. For more opponents, you would need a Psychic Possession and a Notion Thief for each of them. Here's what would happen:
Your opponent draws a card in their draw step.
Using Psychic Possession , you draw a card.
However, since it isn't the first card you draw in your draw step, your opponent draws a card instead.
Go back to 2. Repeat.
So yes, this is an infinite "mill" combo.
However, in order for it to work on multiple opponents, you would need to have a Psychic Possession on each of them and have each of them control a Notion Thief .
