I don't see how this goes infinite.
You have one Joraga Warcaller with zero +1/+1 counters, and you have a Bramblewood Paragon .
You play a second Joraga Warcaller and kick it once, so it attempts to enter the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter. Bramblewood Paragon 's replacement effect causes it to enter with a second additional +1/+1 counter instead.
So you have a regular Joraga Warcaller that gets +2/+2, a Bramblewood Paragon that gets +2/+2, and a second Joraga Warcaller with two +1/+1 counters and trample.

I think you might be confused as to what constitutes a counter. Joraga Warcaller 's last ability doesn't put +1/+1 counters on anything. It just gives a static +1/+1 buff to your other Elves for each +1/+1 counter on Joraga Warcaller itself. A spell or ability only uses counters if it specifically says the word counter.
Also, when a card uses its own name in its text without saying "a card named ~," then the use is self-referential and only means this object. The first Joraga Warcaller 's last ability won't see the +1/+1 counters on the second Joraga Warcaller .

No he would only get 2 counters put onto him. your second Joraga Warcaller gets one counter from himself, and another counter from Bramblewood Paragon . I am a little confused where you think you get infinite counters. your first Joraga Warcaller doesnt care about your second Joraga Warcaller as he only gives +1/+1 not additional counters
