In Commander/EDH, can you have a Odric, Lunarch Marshal and a Odric, Master Tactician?

I am making a commander deck and I was wondering if I am able to have both. They both couldn't be on the field at once due to the legendary effect but can I have two similar legendary creatures in a commander deck. I am not sure if they count as the "same" card and I can only have one because it is commander.

I posted a very similar Q&A but I accidentally made it closed, so I made this one.

You can have both in the deck and out at the same time. The Uniqueness rule only applies to legendary permanents with the same name (in the same language) and walkers with the same subtype.

Seeing as their names are different, they can both be in the deck and also on the battlefield. While determining if the legend rule applies, the entire name is evaluated.
