Impulsive Maneuvers

When flipping the coin to decide whether a creature's damage is doubled or reduced to zero through Impulsive Maneuvers, do you flip as soon as the creature is declared as an attacker, or once blockers are assigned? The card seems to suggest it id flipped before blockers are declared, but that seems a little silly to me and removes the uncertainty for the opponent.

Thanks for that! That's a little annoying, given that I am considering taking it for my goblin deck and trying to add a few more flip coin things, but then I guess it does affect the opponent too.

It triggers on attacks, therefore; it will trigger and resolve in the declare attackers step before blockers are declared.
