if i cast temporal mastery on the opponents turn...

Would i get the extra turn?

Miracles can be cast on the opponents turnif drawn on that turn right? I read an article...

It says take an extra turn after this one so would the extra turn count as just your regular turn... or before your pre-set turn... or just not count because it was your opponent's turn that it was drawn on, therefor the wording 'take an extra turn after THIS ONE' conflicts with the situation?

you would take the "temporal mastery" turn then you would take your turn yes. The reason being is it's not restrictive on when the turn is taken, so if you cast Think TwiceMTG Card: Think Twice and draw Temporal MasteryMTG Card: Temporal Mastery you would take a turn after their turn is over then you would take your normal turn.

Also, it says "take an EXTRA turn" so the card is covering it's own ass as far as rulings go. "Extra" means "in addition to"

The turn order doesn't change when you take an extra turn regardless of when it is. If you were to cast Temporal MasteryMTG Card: Temporal Mastery during your opponents turn, the turn order would go from Opponent->You to Opponent->Extra turn->Regular turn. It won't affect the regular turn order,it does what it says and adds an extra turn between.
