if I attack with a Instigator Gang  Flip and was blocked by a 7/7 can I use moonmist to transform my creature and make him a 8/5 to kill the other creature?

in other words when I attack with the human instigator gang he is a 3/3 because of his ability if I transform him after blockers have been declared does he only get +1/0 or does he get +3/0 because it is worded as a static effect.

its a static ability, if it flips due to an effect it, checks what creatures are attacking and applies the buff. So all creatures on your side of the field attacking would get +3/+0.

If you cast the MoonmistMTG Card: Moonmist in responce to blockers being declared but before combat happens, then yes: it becomes the Wildblood PackMTG Card: Wildblood Pack and eats the 7/7.

Yes, the +3/+0 is a static effect, unlike Battle Cry, which triggers when creatures attack. That would actually be an incredibly effective response to deal with your opponents large blockers.
