If I have Briarbridge Patrol on the field and one in hand and i sac 3 clues say to Tamiyo's Journal or manually can i put briarbridge onto the field then that one trigger and put something else on the field??? I have been asking this at my LGS but nobody has any idea.

No. Briarbridge Patrol triggers at the beginning of the end step. When it resolves and you put another Patrol onto the battlefield, the beginning of the end step is gone. The second Patrol won't trigger.
