I have Vedalken Orrery in play. Can I cast non-instant spells with foretell Battle Mammoth as if they had flash?

I get casting instants with foretell. But do cards that give flash Hypersonic Dragon allow non-instant foretold spells to be cast on opponent's turns?

You will still only be able to exile cards on your turn to Foretell. Effects that change timing restrictions will apply to casting the Foretold cards from exile though. So, other Foretell cards will operate just as instants with Foretell do.
