How many cards do I draw the turn after I have played Lat-Nam's Legacy?

Do I draw two cards at the start of my next upkeep and then another during my draw step, making three cards in total?

Or do I just draw two cards on my draw step?

Assuming that you cast Lat-Nam's Legacy during your opponent's turn, you will draw three cards: two during your upkeep from the delayed triggered ability as per Lat-Nam's Legacy, and one during your drawstep as per the rules of Magic.
