How exactly does Jace, the Living Guildpact work?

Jace, the Living Guildpact ultimate seems rather interesting, but how exactly does it work?

What happens is each player shuffles his or her hand and graveyard into his or her library. Then you draw 7 cards.

The ability is pretty straightforward, so I'm not sure what you want clarified.

Basically, all players shuffle their hands and graveyards into their libraries. All players will then have empty hands. You are the only player who draws cards. Your opponents are left with empty hands, but you will have a full hand. Everything on the battlefield and in exile will remain where it is.

What I want clarified is what happens to my opponent? Do they just end up sweeping or do they eventually draw cards on their "turn"?

The only thing that happens to your opponent is exactly what the ability (and our answers) indicate: your opponent will shuffle his or her hand and graveyard into his or her library. That's it. They don't draw anything. They're left with an empty hand and graveyard and a restocked library, and they have to go from there.
