How does Necromantic Selection interacts with Reyhan?

If I control Reyhan, Last of the Abzan and I cast Necromantic Selection, can she targets the creature I reanimated with the sorcery to give it all the +1/+1 counters my creatures had?

Yes you can. Targets for the ability aren't chosen until the ability is put on the stack.

Abilities that trigger during a spell's resolution wait to go on the stack until it's finished. By that time, the recurred creature is on the battlefield and a valid target for the abilities.
