How does Kalonian Hydra work with one or more Corpsejack Menace?

If i have one Kalonian Hydra on the field with one or more Corpsejack Menace how many counters does my hydra get?
If Corpsejack Menace is in play Kalonian Hydra comes in with 8 +1/+1. Then when it attacks it gets 16 additional +/+1 counters.
At least that's my interpretation, but I'm sure someone will mention triggers and stacks. I just want my post in before I get ninja'd.

Corpsejack Menace has a replacement effect which puts twice the amount of +1/+1 counters on a creature if it would have one or more +1/+1 counters on it.
Devonin's explanation is correct. When Kalonian Hydra attacks, its ability triggers and goes on the stack, then as it resolves for each Corpsejack Menace on the battlefield under your control it will see the amount of counters being added and instead have twice that many placed on the creature. Each additional Corpsejack Menace will see that number and instead have twice that many placed on the creature.
So in essence, a vanilla 4/4 Hydra attacks...
Kalonian Hydra ability = Four +1/+1 counters added
1 Corpsejack Menace = 4 x 2 = Eight +1/+1 counters
2 Corpsejack Menace = Sixteen +1/+1 counters
3 Corpsejack Menace = Thirty-two +1/+1 counters
4 Corpsejack Menace = Sixty-four +1/+1 counters
Of course with more than one Kalonian Hydra attacking the numbers get skewed pretty badly. I've personally seen a 1500/1500 Primordial Hydra in under 10 turns playtesting the idea.

A basic hydra with 4 counters on attacks, its ability says "Double the number of counters. That means add 4 counters" and then Corpsejack menace says "Oh, adding counters are you? Well add twice as many!" meaning a total of 8 added.
A second menace would get you to 16.
