How does evolve work with static boost?

Let's say I have a Gyre Sage with no +1/+1 counters and an Elvish Archdruid on the field, and I cast Zameck Guildmage . Since the Gyre Sage is a 2/3 and the Zameck Guilmade is a 2/2 (which will get +1/+1 when it's on the battlefield), will it trigger the Sage's evolve?

Yes. The static buff applies to the Zameck Guildmage as the Zameck Guildmage enters the battlefield. The result is that the Zameck Guildmage is always a 3/3, and it triggers evolve.
