How do i use Stone-Seeder Hierophant properly

This is how i think it works, (using a basic land as an example):

I play a forest while Stone-Seeder Hierophant is untapped. Stone-Seeder Hierophant's untap triggered ability goes on the stack, I can tap said forest, tap her to untap the forest, and then let the untap trigger resolve. So in the end I have one G, an untapped forest, and an untapped Stone-Seeder Hierophant?

You pretty much nailed the most difficult use case, so any other way to use her should seem pretty simple.
