if you Asceticism out does it mean your creature spells cant be countered?

When an effect uses the name of a permanent type (like "creature") and doesn't specify "card" or "spell", it means a permanent of that type on the battlefield. Asceticism only protects your creatures while they're on the battlefield, not when they're spells on the stack.

No. Your creature spell is a spell while it is on the stack. Thus Cancel and other counterspells can still legally target it. However, once it has resolved and becomes a creature, it can no longer be targeted.

Hope this helps!

card:Gaea's Herald would be the type of card that you would use to make your creatures uncounterable, if that is even a word, and then you can cast them without fear of them not coming into play... :)
