Ghost quarter rulings.

Can I tap a land for mana then destroy it with ghost quarter and use the land i fetch up to pay for 1 card. ex. I have a mirran crusader in hand and 1 plains, a ghost quarter, and a forest on the field. Could i tap the plains then destroy it with ghost quarter to get another plains and tap that plains and the forest to play Mirran crusader?

Yes. Ghost Quarter does not specify that the target land needs to be untapped, and you can float mana from the targeted land before the ability resolves.
106.4. When an effect produces mana, that mana goes into a player's mana pool. From there, it can be used to pay costs immediately, or it can stay in the player's mana pool. Each player's mana pool empties at the end of each step and phase.
So long as you can cast Mirran Crusader in the same step/phase that you float the targeted land's mana, you'll be fine.
I've used this trick several times in my Terrageddon deck to filter colors and swap lands.

sure. Mana doesn't empty until you move on to the next step.
