Genesis Hydra and permanents with enter the battlefield effects.

So my question is this.
When you cast Genesis Hydra its ability goes on the stack, so you search for a permanent before the hydra resolves, then that card enters the battlefield before the hydra does. So if you flip something like Elvish Visionary do you shuffle your library before you draw a card from the elf's ability, or you draw a card from your library while the other cards are still revealed from the hydra's ability, then shuffle the revealed cards back into your library after the card draw resolves?
I am pretty sure that the answer is you finish the hydra's ability since it was on the stack first, then draw a card from the elf's ETB effect on the stack after you finish shuffling.
Thank you, and I'm sorry, I always forget about MTG Q&A because I always think its for questions about the using the site and how to use links/formatting.

The two best things to remember when thinking about this type of ruling are these: nothing in the entire game can interrupt a spell or ability while it is still resolving on the stack; and any triggered ability(ies) that goes on the stack will only do so in APNAP order, after state based actions are checked, and before a player receives priority.

First, this is a rules question, it belongs in the MTG Q&A. second, the hydra's cast trigger finishes resolving first (including the deck shuffling). then the elf's ability will resolve, and then the hydra will finish resolving
