True or False?
Fuse cards like Ready / Willing are legal in Tiny Leaders so long as (1) they're of appropriate identity AND (2) both halves are under 3cmc.
Give / Take is perfeftly legal, but Catch / Release is IL-legal

True, although it's under 4 CMC. Max of 3 CMC per half.
