Forced Worship

A question concerning Forced Worship . Is the activated ability only usable by the player who cast it, or can the victim pay the cost to return the enchantment back to its original owner.

For example, say I have a creature that I wish to attack with, however during my opponents last turn they cast Forced Worship on my creature. Can I, the victim, pay the activated ability cost to return the enchantment to my enemy now allowing my creature to attack?

Nope you can't. Activated abilities can only be activated by the player that controls the card stating said ability. So only your opponent would be able to activate Forced Worship 's ability.

Making it quite a decent card, and quite the house in limited formats.

Ah darn. I want to include the card into a deck I am making, I was hoping victims would be able to return the card back to me. I am trying to me a deck that forces my enemy to pay in life and mana when trying to make a move.

Then again, the fact that your opponent can't pay for it only makes the card better...
