Fog vs Hunt the Weak

So, Fog says prevent all combat damage, is creature vs creature considered combat damage? please site source, ive been reading mtg rules and I just cant find a definite yes or no answer. Thanks!

to clarify, Hunt the Weak says "fights" in the mtg rules it clarifies the combat damage step as creatures doing damage equal to their power to 'insert target'

It says that they each deal damage to each other and it isn't combat damage. I've done this before but the part of the rules that says it is 701.10d

Combat damage is damage dealt only as a result of attacking and blocking.

Sory that was a little unclear 701.10d says damage dealt as a result of fighting isn't combat damage. that last sentence was just a little more that I added. (also gotten from my rule book)

Thanks! I also tried it on duels of the plainswalkers: M14 LOL. yeah it didnt work, glad I got clarification before the GP in Prague this weekend! (sorry for the "!"'s just super excited)
